Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center

A 25 acre facility with nearly 400 horses, arenas, annual shows, a wedding venue, and 150 acres of trail riding area.

The Huntington Central Park Equestrian Center is one of Southern California's premier public equestrian facilities. Home to nearly 400 horses, the center includes multiple riding arenas, boarding facilities, training programs, riding lessons, and direct access to miles of equestrian trails throughout Central Park. Throughout the year, it hosts horse shows, competitions, educational events, and community gatherings, while its historic setting also serves as a unique venue for weddings and private events.

Hug & Groom with Rescue Horses

Held 11 AM–1 PM the first Sunday of the month at the Equestrian Center, Hug & Groom is a chance to learn about the Free Rein Foundation’s rescue and therapy horses and enjoy an up-close, personal grooming experience with the herd.
